The ingredients needed to make Jibanyan Charaben:
  1. Prepare 1 Cooked white rice
  2. Prepare 1 Ketchup, red deco-furi or similar
  3. Prepare 1 dash Wiener sausage, ham
  4. Take 1 slice Sliced cheese
  5. Make ready 1 Nori seaweed
  6. Get 1 dash Egg crepe
Steps to make Jibanyan Charaben:
  1. Add color to the rice with ketchup or similar and make the shape. A little oblong shaped oval is cute.
  2. Here are the parts made from the nori seaweed. I cut them by hand, making sure to balance them.
  3. Place the eyes on top of the egg crepe and cut the crepe in a circle a little bigger than the nori seaweed. If you don't have a cutter shape you can cut it with kitchen scissors.
  4. (Tip!!) To make the big part of the face from cheese, draw on the packet of sliced cheese with a permanent marker and firmly trace with a toothpick.
  5. When you remove the film, you'll see a faint outline and can carefully cut out the shape with a toothpick.
  6. Here are the parts of the face. Make the nose and mouth with weiner sausage or ham.
  7. Once you fix the parts together and place in the bento box, you're finished!

These grains can help your mood elevate since it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest them more quickly than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has discovered that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body.
