- In a pan add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and water and mix well and add to the pan. After 1 minute add 1/3 cup of water. Cook well. Add rice and dals.
- Saute for 4 minutes. Add to hot water. Add fried vegetables. In medium flame Cook using lid for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Low the flame. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Add mango pickle and mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Add green chillies,garam masala,ghee, coriander leaves.
