  2. Now take a pan heat the oil add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic paste and roast it add carrot and cauliflower, black pepper, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well.
  3. Now add jaggery and cook for 5 minutes in low flame to melt Jaggery.
  4. Mix it properly and store in a air tight and clean container.
