  20. Prepare Half lemon juice
Steps to make Cauliflower rice:
  1. Firstly chop all veggies.
  2. Now wash rice 2-3 times and strain all water..
  3. Now take a cooker add oil add jeera and dhaniya powder..and cook for 1 min.
  4. Now add aloo, sweet corns,matar,gajar, onions tomatoes and green chillies.gobhi and tomato.and mix well cook for 2 mins.
  5. Now add all dry masale.
  6. Add rice and mix..add 2 glasses water.and add tomato sauce, soya sauce,achar masala and lemon juice and mix well..and cook for 2 whistles on high flame..
  7. And let it wait until pressure releases..your chatpate rice is ready…
