- Prepare 100 gms sewai

- Prepare 1 cup sugar+2 cups water Sugar syrup(optional)
Steps to make Sewaiya Shrikhand:
- In a pan heat ghee and fry sewaiya till golden brown in medium heat.
- When sewaiya turns to desired colour add condensed milk and mix well to form a semi solid lump.
- Line a cup cake tray with cling film to make the sewaiya cups.
- Now take little portion of the mixture and spread in each cup cake mould by pressing the mixture and shape as small cups.
- Like this fill other moulds with remaining mixture.Keep aside at room temperature to set.
- In the meantime make the filling with yogurt.Drain water complete from yogurt.Add sugar and any flavor of your choice to make the shrikhand.
- Now take out the sewai cups from the mould.You can drizzle some sugar syrup to the cups if you like.
- At the time of serving fill the cups with prepared shrikhand and garnish with some crushed pistachios
- Note:You can make other fillings like rabri,cream or whipped cream instead of shrikhand
